Full outsourcing of the management of the mortgage servicing rights (MSR) asset: PAS performs all of the analysis necessary to make required accounting entries each month. For fair value clients, this would include marking the asset to market each month and providing disclosure reports detailing the components that impacted the value change (e.g. prepayment speeds, earnings rates, etc.). For clients who have not elected fair value, this would include market value calculation, impairment testing and calculation of amortization.
